Shipping and Returns
We aim to process and ship your orders latest by the same or next working day of receiving your order.
Once the order has been shipped, it can take between 1-3 days to receive the order in UAE.
For orders within UAE, we offer free shipping and delivery for orders above AED 200. For all orders below AED 200, a nominal charge of AED 20 per order will be applied. Delivery to Out of Service Areas will incur extra charges.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subjected to pay Customs Duties or fees as levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to calculate what they may be. International shipping times vary by carrier & destination (3-7 working days)
Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns, it is the customer's responsibility to deliver the item back to Computer Care. For the customer's convenience, Computer Care may be able to provide an option for collection via courier at a nominal rate.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or bank account, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We really hope that you're happy with your purchase! Should you have a problem with your purchase, we offer a Standard Warranty that covers most items for up to 1 year. In most cases, the warranty is provided by the official manufacturer and their service centre. This ensures that the product is managed by trained professionals and with utmost care.
For any products with an issue, the customer can either return the item at the Computer Care Office, or we can arrange for a pick up that will be charged at a nominal rate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over AED200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
www.computercaredubai.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
